Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated AI/ML/Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or students eager to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment. You will work on developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and data analysis techniques to drive our HR Tech solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms, including but not limited to forecasting algorithms, classification, and clustering.
• Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, ML, and Data Science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or Senior Students (in final year) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days in-office, remainder remote).
• Profeciency in English
