We are looking for a candidate to be employed in our Bozüyük factory Technical Process department as a 'Technical Process Specialist /Asst. Specialist'

Qualifications

• Good level of English knowledge ( Speaking,wiriting, reading),

• Good use and knowledge of MS Office programs,

• To be graduated from reputable Universities(preferably Mechanical Engineering)

Job Description

• Conducting checks on work orders provided by the planning department in terms of relevant design, parameters, and materials, and approving work orders to release Production Department.

• Calculating the tool requirements for the respective processes based on the values specified in the work orders and communicating with the Maintenance Department for necessary actions regarding critical tools.

• Ensuring the availability and verification of necessary production parameters before commencing work orders in the production processes.

• Monitoring the suitability of process parameters during ongoing production.

• Timely detection and resolution of problems arising during production to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.

• Providing training to blue-collar personnel.

• Conducting process optimization studies to improve existing processes.

• Contributing cost-saving activities, particularly focusing on reducing cable costs and participating in cost improvement efforts.

• Collaborating with related departments to facilitate raw material trials and conducting production trials.

• Responsible for technical training for workshop operators,and make technical disclosures to employees before starting key projects.

• To prevent the occurrence of CV breakdown and to take preventive actions by performing root cause analysis in case it occurs.
