The Purpose and Authority of Job

  • Assist the General Manager in carrying out comprehensive financial management and cooperate closely with other departments.

  • Responsible for company asset management, cost and expense management, accounting management, etc.

  • Responsible for local tax declaration and issuing financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards for the company, and liaising with relevant government departments.

  • After being authorized by the General Manager, it has overall control over the expenditure of funds in various departments of the company.

  • Has the authority to inspect and assess the execution of financial plans in all departments.

  • The right to refuse payment for expenses that violate financial discipline and do not comply with financial regulations.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily financial management and analysis, budget management, etc. of the company.

  • Responsible for cost accounting and assisting business in cost management.

  • Responsible for financial management and internal control of the company, organizing the preparation of annual financial budgets, and tracking their execution.

  • Provide financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the General Manager on time, and ensure that these reports are reliable and accurate.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies to meet risk control requirements, such as improving business procedures for accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost expenses, cash, and bank deposits.

  • Monitor significant economic activities that may cause economic losses to the company and promptly report to the General Manager.

  • Monitor investment projects to ensure that unapproved projects are not implemented, approved projects are carried out within budget and under control.

  • Manage relationships with local banks, taxation, industry and commerce, and other institutions, and promptly handle business transactions between the company and them.

  • Report the financial and operational status of the company to the finance department of the holding company as needed, and complete the work tasks assigned by the finance department of the holding company

  • It is preferred that candidates have a good level of SAP program usage experience.

  • Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience

  • Level of Education: Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)

  • Military Status: Completed

  • Languages: English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)

  • Driving License: Class B
